New Features in Cormant-CS 13.1
1. Global Announcements
Create a customizable homepage announcement screen visible to users during login and through their profile area. Supports Markdown content including formatted text, links, and images.

2. Global Notifications
Administrators can now create and broadcast system-wide notifications that appear immediately to all users. Notifications can also be cancelled when no longer required.

3. Improved Reference Data Management
Enhancements have been made to reference data handling to improve usability and make administration easier.

4. Attribute Group Ordering
Administrators can now customize how Attribute Groups are displayed based on user roles using drag-and-drop ordering.
