San Luis Obispo, Calif., USA. – April 30, 2013 – Cormant Inc., the developers of Cormant-CS™, an IT and facilities infrastructure management solution for the data center (DCIM) and beyond, today announced that, in addition to exhibiting Cormant-CS™ in booth 2526 at the Interop® Las Vegas Expo at the Mandalay Bay Expo Center May 7th through 9th, they’ve been selected to provide their solution to document and manage the IT and network infrastructure of the InteropNet. In collaboration with the InteropNet, Cormant will also be presenting a class session titled “What Is DCIM and How Can It Help Data Center IT and Facilities Groups?” on Thursday, May 9th at 1:00pm.
Expo attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Cormant booth to see live demonstrations of Cormant-CS™ across all of the platforms… desktop, web and mobile – including the unique Cormant-CS mobile application on handheld devices with integrated barcode and RFID scanners. As well, attendees who take a NOC Tour will see how the Cormant-CS™ DCIM solution interoperates with the other InteropNet solution providers to deliver the world’s largest quick deploy network. Lastly, attendees seeking a deeper understanding of DCIM are encouraged to come to Cormant’s InteropNet class session to explore what DCIM really means and how it should be approached and implemented in the enterprise. Using real-world customer examples this session will address the ways in which DCIM can, and can’t, help IT and facilities groups better manage their infrastructure. The session will conclude with a case study of how DCIM is used to drive the InteropNet Layer 1 deployment and management.
Attendees are encouraged to connect with Cormant in all three instances to deepen their understanding of DCIM and the benefits of DCIM for their organization.
